This will probably be the last post here in this blog. I defended my thesis 3 days ago, the 3rd of September 2020. It was about the “Dynamics of forest limit in the French Pyrenees”. This is generally the last part of the course (though there will be a few more things before getting the degree officially). So, the Erasmus, and MScEF journey is almost over! For me of course. There are other friends who haven’t defended their thesis yet.
Memories since the beginning of the course in Joensuu in August 2018, are becoming more vivid than ever. Feeling quite emotional, which I believe is normal at this time.
The coronavirus created some chaos during the last semester. Rest of the journey was incredible. Not each day of course; it is just a human life with all kinds of feelings; but the overall journey I mean. When I was doing my BSc in Pokhara, Nepal, I used to tell my friends that those days would be the best and the most memorable days during the whole life. But I experienced better than those best days in this MSc journey!
No fixed plan for the days coming soon! But I will leave this place (Nancy, France) very soon.
Thinking about, and thanking each of those awesome people (batchmates, professors, and other friends), I am saying “see you somewhere someday again, and have a wonderful time until then”. NO GOODBYE!
